Roots & Canopy Agroforestry is a landscape restoration and agroforestry organisation working with farmers, communities and partners to restore landscapes, grow trees and create sustainable livelihoods.

We develop and implement agroforestry, landscape restoration and sustainable forestry initiatives. Our work includes raising seedlings, supporting farmers, restoring degraded land, planting trees and monitoring environmental and livelihood outcomes.

Agroforestry brings trees and agriculture together. It can improve soil health, support biodiversity, increase farm resilience, provide products such as fruit, timber and fuelwood, and create additional income opportunities for farmers.

We support farmers through training, access to suitable seedlings, technical guidance and ongoing engagement. We work with farmers to identify agroforestry systems that fit their land, needs and long-term goals.
